Internship Program

Fullerton Financial Planning is one of the leading financial planning firms in Arizona, rooted in faith, family and helping others. Started in 2005 by Stephanie and Steve Fullerton, we’ve grown to a full-service financial planning, wealth management, and tax strategy firm with a growing presence in Arizona. As we’ve grown we recognize that the people who make up our team are the most important part of who we are. We’re family, friends, and we love to serve others. We’re proud that many of our leadership team, and top Advisors were home grown, starting in the Company at entry level jobs or other positions, and have grown into their current roles. Fullerton Financial Planning offers a paid internship where you'll work alongside industry professionals, contribute to client projects, and learn all about wealth management. Available Positions

What We Are Looking For:

Individuals who are at least a senior (completed your Jr year) in undergraduate college or in a graduate program that are passionate about finance and client services and who are looking to gain real-world experience in a supportive, values-driven environment. Select one of the internship positions across our various departments, to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, client relations, and more.

Commitment:

This is a paid internship with a 4-month duration in one of our four departments. All options offer a valuable “behind the scenes” experience in financial planning and business operations. We run three Terms during the year: A Spring term that runs January through April, a Summer term that runs May through August, and a Fall term that runs September through December.



The role entails a 30-40 hour per week role, required reading and an end-of-term celebration. While successfully completing and Internship at Fullerton does not automatically guarantee a role with the Company, we believe this learning opportunity is a great way to learn more about what you want in your career.
